Nutrition is built by Jorja, our qualified clinical nutritionist, and it is included in every package at no extra cost.

Before you start, you fill out a nutrition consult. Jorja reads it, builds your meal plan around your training, your schedule and the food you actually eat, and delivers it before day one. She then walks you through it herself on a call or a video, so you know exactly how to use it.

At week three you tell her what is working and what is not. She rebuilds from there. You get a fresh plan every four weeks, so it moves as you do.

I’m most proud of sticking with it, building habits that last

I was feeling pretty stuck with my training and nutrition. I had lost consistency and felt frustrated not seeing the progress I was hoping to achieve. Since I started, I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in myself.

Where she started

When I first started with SSAE, I was feeling pretty stuck with my training and nutrition. I had lost consistency and felt frustrated not seeing the progress I was hoping to achieve. I knew I needed more structure and accountability. I decided to do something about it because I wanted to build better habits, feel physically and mentally stronger without trying to figure it all out on my own.

What has changed

Since I started, I’ve noticed a huge change physically. I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in myself. I feel I have finally started getting the results I am working hard for. I have also noticed a big change mentally. I’m a lot more disciplined, consistent, and positive about my training and nutrition instead of seeing it as a chore. I’m most proud of sticking with it, building habits that last, still being able to eat out and have a busy social life without feeling I am falling off track.

Outside the gym

This has changed a lot more than just my fitness. I’ve become more confident in myself, more disciplined, and a lot more mentally resilient. Having structure and routine with training and nutrition has flowed into other areas of my life too. My work ethic, energy levels, motivation and overall mindset have improved. I feel more productive in my day to day and am a lot kinder to myself mentally. It’s helped me trust myself that I can stay consistent even with a busy lifestyle.

My gym anxiety is gone. This isn’t a choice anymore, it is my life

Before I started working with ssae, mentally I was just really unhappy. I would set myself all of these goals, tell myself I would change, I’d go all in and was never consistent. I was never trying to change my body, I needed to change my mindset.

Where she started

Before I started working with ssae, mentally I was just really unhappy. I constantly told myself I was going to change this or going to start that and never did. I was negative and let minor inconveniences “ruin my day”. I would set myself all of these goals, tell myself I would change, I’d go all in and was never consistent, which just made me feel even worse about myself. I also struggled with quite bad anxiety, I didn’t like doing things by myself, especially going to the gym… I knew what I had to do to help myself but I just needed that push.

What has changed

I was never trying to change my body, I needed to change my mindset. I’m proud that I have learnt to be selfish and that I put myself first. I put myself completely out of my comfort zone. I’m proud that I have made real progress both mentally and physically. I have learnt that it’s okay to have bad weeks, it’s okay to rest and look after yourself when you need. I can proudly say that my gym anxiety is gone, the biggest achievement is that I am consistent and have stayed consistent, this isn’t a choice anymore it is my life.

Outside the gym

My mental health!!!! A big shift in the way I think and the way I go about my days, I don’t let minor inconveniences get in the way anymore. I’m so grateful for everything I have in my life, I don’t let silly moments in the day put me in a bad mood, I can have bad moments in a day, but never a bad day. My fiancé and I are stronger than ever. I look like a baddie, I am strong AF! I am happy. When you realise you can literally change anything in your life, and it’s all your choice, you feel unstoppable. I can literally do anything!

I love who I am and I’m so proud of me

I’d already decided that doing a Hyrox would be a goal of mine but didn’t think it was ever possible for me until I started with Charley. I’ve built confidence in myself, created consistency and routine, and I no longer feel as anxious in the gym environment.

Where she started

When I first started with SSAE, I was going through a pretty hard personal time in my life and felt like I had lost myself. I also struggled with gym anxiety, especially being out on the gym floor alone, and I knew I needed more structure and routine. I also wanted someone to hold me accountable and support me along the way. I’d already decided that doing a Hyrox would be a goal of mine but didn’t think it was ever possible for me until I started with Charley.

What has changed

What’s changed for me most since starting with SSAE is my mindset. I’m so much happier and more positive now. I’ve built confidence in myself, created consistency and routine, and I no longer feel as anxious in the gym environment. I love who I am and I’m so proud of me.

Outside the gym

The confidence and routine I’ve built has carried over into my everyday life. If you told me 12 months ago that I’d be travelling solo, I would’ve said ‘no way.’ But building confidence through training and pushing myself outside my comfort zone has completely changed my mindset and shown me I’m capable of so much more than I thought possible.

I wanted to be strong as well as fit

The strength training and mobility programs were completely tailored to the training loads outside of the gym. They supported my running, swimming and cycling, not in anyway contradicting my triathlon training but only complimenting it. I have hit more personal bests and felt so much stronger, faster and endurable in sessions and just life.

Where she started

I had recently stepped into triathlon training hoping to find a training lifestyle that encouraged me to focus less on how my body looked but more on how my body felt. Making that switch meant a huge learning curve and because I was treating my training and nutrition like a bodybuilding approach. I was easily loosing muscle, fatigued and actually became insecure from loosing weight as I had become skinny fat. I started with SSAE because I wanted guidance on how to build habits that supported an athletic lifestyle and goals. I wanted to be strong as well as fit, I wanted to truly unlock a barrier where food was truly understood as fuel and just have a genuine support alongside my training to keep me accountable when emotions can blur my own mind.

What has changed

So much has changed for me since changing my training approach through SSAE guidance. For the first few months, the strength training and mobility programs were completely tailored to the training loads outside of the gym. They supported my running, swimming and cycling, not in anyway contradicting my triathlon training but only complimented it. I hit personal bests across each of these. Only recently, with consideration we added in changing my nutrition to being more specific and decided it was a good time where I could mentally tackle this more specifically. Since then, I have hit more personal bests and felt so much stronger, faster and endurable in sessions and just life.

Outside the gym

With everything inside the gym and training came so much growth outside of the gym. I found confidence again and feel myself building a better relationship towards food again. I’m finally enjoying pushing my limits but also feeling okay to slow down. I’m finding balance in my life again and feeling more myself.

I only have to show up and do it

I’ve always gone to the gym, but the last few years I got back into netball and wanted a gym program that complimented my sport. When SSAE started it was the first time I’d seen a PT program offer that option.

Where she started

I’ve always gone to the gym, but the last few years I got back into netball and wanted a gym program that complimented my sport! When SSAE started it was the first time I’d seen a PT program offer that option.

What has changed

My game fitness has improved so much, I have more stamina to play, and my body feels stronger and more responsive to the intensity of my games. I also feel more injury resistant and confident when playing and also in the gym. I feel physically stronger, and mentally more prepared for game days since I know I’m doing everything I need to in the gym so I only have to show up and do it! She’s also so supportive that I always want to show up for myself and push myself and it never feels like a chore.

Outside the gym

I love only having to think about the gym when I’m in the gym, and think about netball when I’m on the court and having the rest of my life in focus all other times, I trust Charley to plan and make sure I’m doing everything I need to in the gym so I only have to show up and do it!

My cardio and muscle fatigue has decreased an unexplainable amount

I was a few weeks from starting my second soccer season. I had changed clubs and moved up a few divisions so was worried about my high fatigue levels. Now I’m moved onto strength based goals to help improve sprint pace and other aspects of my game and daily life.

Where she started

I was a few weeks from starting my second soccer season. I had changed clubs and moved up a few divisions so was worried about my high fatigue levels.

What has changed

My cardio and muscle fatigue has decreased an unexplainable amount. This has resulted in huge increases in my confidence and enjoyment of soccer games and overall life. Now I’m moved onto strength based goals to help improve sprint pace and other aspects of my game and daily life.

Outside the gym

I go and out and see friends before and after soccer games instead of only resting and recovering. Also, enjoy these catchups more and more present in them. My overall confidence and happiness has increased and back to enjoying the daily grind.
